Scope / use / administrationPrices are based on the confirmed scope and condition of the property. Where a project requires a custom quote, any deposit or payment terms will be communicated before work begins. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card, or cash on site, as confirmed for the booking.

Payments / cancellation / timingBookings are arranged by appointment and are subject to availability, property access, and completion of the required review process. Standard cleaning supplies are included unless otherwise agreed, and condition photos may be used to support the scope review and completion handover.
